  2. Check for gluten free labels on packed food like tomato ketchup, sauce, chips, namkeens etc
  3. Oats are processed near wheat, so do check for gluten free label on it.
  4. Try to eat home made food as much as you can.
  5. Try to maintain a healthy gut by having more probiotics, zinc, iron and vitamins and excluding harmful fats from your diet.

What if you take gluten by mistake/ How to repair gut:

  1. Take ginger, turmeric more in your diet as they are anti inflammatory.
  2. Take probiotics, which has a large amount of good bacteria. Indians can try easily available "Yakult".
  3. Eat easily digestible food like rice.
