It's not possible to get gluten-free/contains-gluten label on each and every product in India as the disease is not much popular. Moreover, some packets of
namkeens, sauce, chocolates and other food products that do not
envolve wheat as their ingredient also sometimes carries
label: may contains gluten. It's very difficult to find processed food that has gluten free label.
